Sam is a professional when it comes to high end road bikes. I had my bike fitted and tuned at his shop, never thought my bike can feel so good under me. Highly recommended as his work is fast and detailed. This guy breaths bike morning and night, there’s no question or problem that can stump him. Highly recommended!

Sam's the real deal. He had my tires fixed up within an hour, no muss or fuss for an affordable price. He was kind enough to adjust the bike to fit my height as well! The business is just starting up so don't be deterred by the make-shift signs! I'll be back to this shop and delighted I found this gem.

Sam did an awesome job on my mountain bike tune-up. Feels like an upgraded bike after the service and he was able to install the cassette that another mechanic at Sports Chek said does not fit my hub.

Just got my bike from my friend and Sam from Master Labs Cycling did a tuned up for me! Before the gears and the brakes and derailleurs are not working properly, but after Sam’s skillful tuning, it’s like butter smooth now! You can tell he is no joking about his technique and experience, 100% recommended

I am glad that I found this shop in Richmond. I live in Vancouver, and my local bikeshop mechanic often acts very condescending. Sam is a cool dude. He takes the time to clean the drivetrain, adjust the shifting and tighten up the brake etc. Now my bike rides even better than when it freshly came out of the factory. Will move all my future bike needs to this place. Fair pricing too.
